Helen G. Statler

Helen G. Statler, 95, Johnstown, went to be with the Lord, March 18, 2017, at Westmont Woods. She was born October 17, 1921, in Johnstown, daughter of the late Vincent and Mary (Faust) Statler. Preceded in death by sisters, Emma and Lola; and brothers, Robert and Walter “Buck”. She is survived by a sister, Jean Reese; a dear friend, Gail Jones; sister-in-law, Shirley J. Statler; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was a member of Conemaugh Grace Brethren Church. Friends will be received on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the hour of service at 1 p.m. at Henderson-Makuchan Funeral Home, 434 First St., Conemaugh, Pastor Richard Horner, officiating.
