William Palmer, III, Johnstown, died January 26, 2020 at home. Born November 25, 1979 in Johnstown, son of William Palmer, II and the late Billie L. (Turner) Michaels. Survived by father; son, William, IV sisters, Karri Hardison and Erica Svencer; grandmother, Lois Wright; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was a member of Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship, and employed by Tyger Construction. Friends received from 1 until the time of memorial service at 2PM Thursday at Henderson Funeral Home-East Hills, 2503 Bedford St.
