GRAHAM- William Boyd Sr., 85, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on May 3, 2026. Born May 5, 1940 in Johnstown. Preceded in death by his father Milton L. Graham, mother Lila Rae (Foster) Ritter, step father John Ritter, son William Boyd Graham Jr., brother Donald, sister-in-law Barbara R. and nephew Donald Jr. Survived by wife of 64 years, Barbara A. (Koch); daughter, Tammy Gindlesperger (fiancé Jeff Fowler) of VA; sons, Keith of FL and Brian of Johnstown; grandchildren, Stephanie (Marcos Piñon ) of CA, Bradley Gindlesperger (Jordyn) of Grampion, PA and Addison Graham of FL; great granddaughter, Evelyn Gindlesperger; niece, Roxanne and nephew, Rev. Dr. Scott Lill (Shelly). Graduate of Johnstown High School and served in the United States Navy. Bill joined Penelec and parent organization General Public Utilities, where he retired as a Manager of Plant Accounting, after 32 years of service. He attended University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and Western Michigan University, where he enrolled in management courses. Served as Chairman of Pennsylvania Electric Association, Plant Accounting and Records Committee and past member of Edison Electric Institute. Member of St. Anne Church, Davidsville and Oakbrook Golf Club, where he earned 5 Hole-In-One Trophies. He enjoyed playing in The Men's Senior League and loved spending time with family, gardening and riding his motorcycle. The family would like to thank Mandy and Bailey at Laurel Highlands Hospice Care for their care of Bill and his family. At his request, services will be private. John Henderson Co. Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to (M.D.A.) Muscular Dystrophy Association.
