William B. Maldet, "Bill", 86, Johnstown, died March 18, 2022 at Arbutus Park Manor. Born October 13, 1935 in Johnstown, son of David E. and Ethel (Prough) Maldet. Preceded in death by parents; wife, Wanda (Ober); and brother David. Survived by son, Bruce (Traci Morder); grandchildren, Alisha Majernik, Aaron and Alan Maldet; and 9 great grandchildren. Brother of Joseph, Ruth Shoff, and Daniel. He was a member of Ferndale Sportsmen's Club. Bill was retired press man from the Tribune-Democrat. Friends received Tuesday from 10 until the hour of service at 11AM at John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave. Interment, Grandview Cemetery.
