Wilfred D. Legg, “Del”, 84, Richland Twp., died June 28, 2019 at Arbutus Park Manor. Born April 4, 1935, in Windber, son of Wilfred and Marion (Mangus) Legg. Preceded in death by parents; wife, Catherine; and great granddaughter, Aubrey Wike. Survived by daughter, Kimberly (Richard Manuel); brothers, Owen (Janice) and David (Sharon); grandchildren, Jason Reiking (Danielle) and Danette Wike (Josh); and six great grandchildren. He was a member of Belmont United Methodist Church. He was retired from Bethlehem Steel and the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. By request, there will be no public viewing. A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 1PM at Forest Lawn Cemetery Chapel with Pastor Jean Smith officiating, and military rite will be conducted by Chas. Menoher Post 155 VFW Ritual Team. John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave. is in charge of arrangements.
