Wendy L. Dugan, 63, Johnstown, died July 6, 2024 at Hilltop Heights. Born September 1, 1960, in Johnstown. Daughter of Henry A. and Gloria A. (Cox) Shaffer. Preceded in death by parents, husband Brian L. Dugan, siblings Don and George Shaffer, Barb Craig, Toni Shaffer. Survived by daughter Kristy (Jarrett McCullough); grandson Jarrett Jr.; siblings William Shaffer, Cheryl Clark and Pat Shaffer. At Wendy's request there will be no viewing or funeral service. John Henderson Company Funeral Home is serving the family.
