Warren Merle Zimmerman

Warren Merle Zimmerman, 83, Richland, died June 22, 2019 at Memorial Medical Center. Born November 9, 1935 in Johnstown, son of the late Warren and Julia (Rollins) Zimmerman. Survived by wife, M. Joyce (Thomas); children, Gregory (Linda); Pamela (Frank Partsch); Kimberly, widow of Philip Nielsen; and, Scott (Debbie); 9 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren; and canine companion, Rosie. Brother of Twila and Carol (Marlin Thomas). He was a member of Locust Grove Church of the Brethren. He was a retired manager from Brinks, Inc., and served as a police officer for Richland Twp. for many years. He served in the PA National Guard. By request, there will be no public viewing. A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 11am at Locust Grove Church of the Brethren with Pastor Michael Christine officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Locust Grove Church of the Brethren. Arrangements are Henderson Funeral Home-East Hills, 2503 Bedford St.
