Thomas J. McKinney

Thomas J. McKinney, 61. Johnstown, died August 29, 2025 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born October 5, 1963 in Johnstown, son of Thomas and Florence (Kodgis) McKinney. Preceded in death by parents; and sister, Kathleen. Survived by wife Joanne (Swanger); step children, Michele Cauffield (David); and Randy Miller; and step granddaughter, Saige Miller. Tom was a member of VFW 155. He was a former truck driver for M&C Trucking. He served in the US Navy aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhowser and the USS John F. Kennedy during Operation Desert Storm. A receiving of friends will be held Friday, October 3rd from 10AM until noon at Henderson Funeral Home-East Hills, 2503 Bedford Street. Graveside service will follow at 12:30PM at Grandview Cemetery with military rite conducted by Chas. Menoher Post 155 VFW Ritual Team.
