Teresa A. Crislip, 98, Johnstown, died September 24, 2026 at Windber Medical Center. Born August 9, 1928 in Johnstown, daughter of Joseph and Agnes (Zachrel) Bumbernick. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Melvin Ray Crislip; daughters, Vicky in infancy, Regina Goss, and Diane Jacobs; brother, William; and sisters, Joan Loncar, Anna Haberkorn, Regina Venet, Sister Benigna Bumbernick, D.P., and Sister Laura Bumbernick, D.P. Survived by daughter, Barbara Holsopple, and fiancé, Leonard Farabaugh, several grandchildren, great grand children, and great-great grandchildren; and canine companion, "Coco. She was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church. She was a retired seamstress from the former Mercy Hospital. Friends received Tuesday from 8:30AM until 9:30Am at Henderson Funeral Home-East Hills, 2503 Bedford Street. Funeral mass will follow at 10AM at St. Benedict Church. Committal, Richland Mausoleum.
