Sylvia J. Potter

Sylvia J. Potter, 86, Johnstown, passed peacefully into the arms of the Lord on February 10, 2021 at Arbutus Park Manor. Born January 30, 1935 in Johnstown daughter of Walter and Sarah (Niel) Miles. Preceded in death by parents and husband, Eugene. Survived by son, Matthew married to Tina (Shawley); grandchildren, Emily and Jacob Potter; and sister Bonnie Scott. She was member of Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship, and was retired from PenElec. Friends received Saturday from 10AM until the hour of service at 11AM at Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship with Pastor Gary Tustin officiating. Interment, Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Arbutus Park Manor. Henderson Funeral Home-East Hills, 2503 Bedford St. is serving the Potter family.
