Sherry R. (Jacoby) Blair

Sherry R. Blair (Jacoby), 71, Johnstown, died February 8, 2025, at Conmaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born January 2, 1954, in Johnstown. Daughter of James R Jacoby and Roberta L (Snyder) Jacoby. Preceded in death by parents, son Charles Logue, nephew Geoffrey. Survived by husband Frank Blair; children Yvonne (Brian Krise), Roger Logue,  brother Kevin Wayne Jacoby; grandchildren Katelyn (Devon Marshall), Abbigail, Daelan and Alexandria; great grandchildren Jason, Anastasia, Jacob, nephew Gregory and her furbaby Diesel. She was a member of Moxham Church of the Brethren. She was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, and Nana. Member of Meadowvale Mother's Club for many years, where she served as the vice president, graduated from Johnstown High School Class of 1973. Service and  Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery at a later date. John Henderson Company Funeral Home is serving the family. In lieu of flowers please donate to UPMC Hillman Cancer Center at John P.
