SIRKO- SCOTT M., 38, Johnstown, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2021. Born December 9, 1982 in Johnstown, he was the son of Randy and Lori (Weaver) Sirko. Preceded in death by his mother, paternal grandparents Charles and Anna (Becquet) Sirko, and maternal grandparents William and Alma (Rogalla) Weaver. Survived by his father, Randy and stepmom, Bonnie; love of his life, Danielle Claar; dear sweet brother Sam; brother from another mother, Stu; father-in-law Larry Claar; brother-in-law Matthew Claar; nephew Leland; adored pups, Marley and Jazzy; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, neighbors, and special friends. Scott was a graduate of Greater Johnstown High School and was employed at Pepsi and previously employed at Burger King and as a Certified Addiction Recovery Specialist. Scott filled his 38 years to the max and he enjoyed traveling, taking the dogs to the park, and attending Penguins games and Broadway shows with his one-and-only Danielle. He loved to laugh, crack jokes, and goof around and his best laughs came with his brother Sam and best friend Stu. Scott also gave the gift of life to his father, selflessly donating part of his liver without thinking twice and once again gave the gift of life through organ donation as his final act of selflessness. Scott was an avid sports fan who loved Notre Dame, enjoyed making bets with Larry while watching the Steelers and Penguins games, and who recently started coaching the Johnstown Chill girls' softball team. Scott never missed an opportunity to help others or make everyone laugh and a part of his heart never left his childhood neighborhood (H-Town For Life). When you met Scott, you had a friend for life and he will be forever loved and missed by many. Friends will be received from noon to 4:00 P.M. Saturday, March 13, 2021 at Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship, 3429 Elton Road, Johnstown, PA 15904, also, where the service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, March 14, 2021.
