Sarah A. Kohut

KOHUT- Sarah A. "Sally," 89, Windber. Passed away January 7, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert Adams and Iva (Wissinger) Adams Hisdorf, husband Steve and son Robert. Sally is survived by her children Patti (Dave) Boser, Steve (Mary Kay Sobecky) and Barry (Cindy Akers), sister Catherine Naylor, 5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was a member of Good Shephard Lutheran Church in Windber. Sally will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Her family asks that Sally be remembered for the joy she brought to others in life and not the sadness of her passing. Family will receive friends on Thursday from 4-7 at Henderson Funeral Home East Hills, 2503 Bedford St. A funeral service will be held privately.
