Sara Wingard, "Sally", 80, Johnstown, died November 17, 2023 at Hilltop Heights. Born August 17, 1943 in Johnstown, daughter of Wallace and Helen (Wright) Turner. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Willard "Willie"; brother, Larry; sister, Judy Witkosky; and step-grandson, Christopher Newsom. Survived by son, Willard, Jr., "Willie", Florida; granddaughters, Catherine "Katey" Wingard, and Haley (Chase Wigg); step grandson, Paul Newsom; brother, Jack (Diane Shierbine), Ohio; sister-in-law, Patricia, widow of Larry; brother-in-law Denny Witkosky; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a member of Franklin Street UMC. Friends received Tuesday from 10AM until the time of service at noon at John Henderson Company funeral Home, 215 Central Ave. Interment, Forest Lawn Cemetery.
