KEIPER- Sandra "Sandy," 69, Johnstown. Passed away on May 17, 2021 at Memorial Medical Center. Born April 18, 1952 in Johnstown. Daughter of Anthony and Margaret "Molly" (Vadnjal) Zupan. Preceded in death by parents, infant brother Anthony Jr., and brother-in-law Thomas Lonergan. Survived by children Gary "GK" married to Wendy (Kerekish), Anthony "Tony" married to Joni (Ritchey), and Travis all of Johnstown; sister Michele Lonergan of Johnstown; grandchildren Kameryn Keiper and Colby Keiper; nieces Malia Lonergan, Kaylyn Lonergan and fiancé Tyler Wood, and Mariah Lonergan; and great niece Layla Wood. Member of the SNPJ. Sandy enjoyed spending time with her family, shopping, cooking, and going to the casino with her friends. She was a strong, single mom who raised her 3 boys. Retired, with 20 years of service, from the Johnstown Police Department, as a Records Clerk. Friends will be received from 3-6 Thursday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., where funeral service will be held at 1:30 Friday. Interment at Grandview Cemetery.
