Ronald M. Chuklochak. 78, Johnstown, died August 7, 2021 at Richland Rehab. Born March 22, 1943 in Beaverdale. He was the son of Michael and Margaret (Patney) Chuklochak. Precede in death by parents and infant brother. Survived by wife of 53 years Kathleen (Akers), children Michael (Alma), Jeffrey (Danielle), David (Tiffany), Lisa (Christopher); nine grandchildren; two great grandsons; sisters Wanda Stutzman and Barbara (George Popp). He was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church where he served as a Eucharist minister. He served as a Eucharist minister at St. Marys Byzantine Church as well. He had been an auditor for US Bank and was in sales for many years for Sears and Highway Hardware. The family would like to thank the staff at Richland Rehab and Asera Care Hospice for the care they provided to Ron. Friends will be received Wednesday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Henderson Funeral Home East Hills, 2503 Bedford Street. A funeral mass will be held Thursday at 10:00 am at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Fr. David Peles. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Benedict Catholic Church. Entombment St. Josephs Mausoleum.
