Roger Ripple Obituary

Roger D. Ripple, 91, Johnstown, died January 8, 2023. Born October 8, 1931 in Johnstown. Son of Waldo E. and Frances (Goff) Ripple. Preceded in death by parents; son David; sister Nancy Wheeler. Survived by loving wife of 72 years Patricia (Berriman); children, Terry D., Kathy and Jeff Ripple; four grandchildren; four great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; brother, Alan (Marlene). Member of First Presbyterian Church. Roger was a great athlete and an all-star basketball player. He retired as the office manager for WJAC-TV. At his request, there will be no public viewing. A memorial service will be held at a later date. John Henderson Company Funeral Home is serving the family.
