Rita Teitelbaum, 99, of Johnstown, died February 24, 2024 at Laurel View Village. Born February 11, 1925 in Johnstown, daughter of Benjamin and Edith Bregman. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Dr. Israel Teitelbaum; son Martin Wayne Teitelbaum (Mary Ann Teitelbaum); and brother, Irving Bregman. Survived by children, Dr. Bruce Teitelbaum (Susan Kirshner), Chicago, IL; and Fran Mast (Richard Mast), Rye Brook, NY; 5 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. Sister of Louise Leuin, widow of Dr. Irving Leuin, Ohio. She was a member of Beth Sholom Congregation. Funeral service will be private. John Henderson Company Funeral Home is serving the Teitelbaum family.
