Richard J. Hasse, 82, Johnstown, died September 14, 2022 at Memorial Medical Center. Born November 10, 1939 in Johnstown. Son of Robert M. and Matilda (Machowski) Hasse. Preceded in death by parents, sister Joan Weise and brother Ronald E. Survived by loving wife of 60 years Mary E. (Davies); children Tamela M. McClelland, Mary Jane (Anthony Russo), Robert J. (Becky Cooper), Kenneth J. (Kerry Spittal), Richard (Michael Rosburg); grandchildren Ashley McClelland (William Carvell), Linda (Jeremy Jurick), Joshua Russo (Cortney Bell), Mary (Tyler Tate), Zachary Russo (Holly Mishler), Courtney (Josh Seidel), Nicole Hasse, Christopher Hasse; great grandchildren Charlotte, Oliver, Amelia, Loki, Lilly, Owen, Josie, Emma, Weston, Everly, Cooper; sister Donna M. Decker; brother Regis (Judy Corle); also his canine companion Murphy. Member of St. Clement Church. Formerly employed and retired from Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center with 33 years of service. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bethlin Hospice or the Cambria County Humane Society. Friends will be received Sunday from 4-7 P.M. at John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave. A funeral mass will be held Monday at 11 A.M. at St. Clements Church. Fr. Rosenbaum officiating. Inurnment Grandview Cemetery.
