Rhonda Ann McCutcheon Wilson, age 74, passed from her earthly life on Thursday May 28, 2026 in Johnstown, PA in the loving embrace of her husband and family. Rhonda was born in Johnstown, PA on July 21, 1951. She graduated from Ferndale High School in 1969 and then attended Indiana University. She was a dedicated employee in various positions at AmeriServ Bank for over 40 years. At AmeriServ, she was a Union Officer and served as Secretary Treasurer. She was also an organizer for United Steelworker's Union, Local 2635. Rhonda was a very loving and caring person. She was a great conversationalist and, according to her husband, Bob, a great problem solver. They played pool and Scrabble almost daily and she hated to lose, even to the love of her life. They both enjoyed caring for their home, gardening, and working in the yard. She and Bob enjoyed long country rides, many on their Harley motorcycle. Their outings took them to state parks where they watched birds and other wildlife. Piney Dam was a favorite location where they often enjoyed a picnic lunch. Rhonda would not have identified herself as a photographer but she had a knack for capturing special shots of wildlife and scenery. She kept them in a folder on her phone labeled "out the car window." For many years, Rhonda and Bob always enjoyed an annual fall outing to Camp Bridgeview in Sullivan County with special friends Barb and Tim Nuhfer of Reading, PA. A constant source of enjoyment for Rhonda was her love of music. Whether at home or riding in the car, she listened to all types of music. She also loved animals and was a great mom to four fur babies: Spooky, Brandi, Daisy, and Ali. Ali is already missing her mommy and best friend very much. Rhonda was predeceased by her father, Rhody McCutcheon, Sr.; brother, Rhody McCutcheon, Jr.; father-in-law, Charles Wilson; mother-in-law, Mary Wilson. Left to mourn and celebrate Rhonda's life are her husband and soulmate of 50 years, Robert E.
