Regina Ann (Costa) Stem

Regina Ann Stem, "Gina", 69, Windber, died August 15, 2026 at home. Born August 9, 1957 in Windber, daughter of John J. and Theresa (Chontas) Costa. Preceded in death by father; and brother, John. Survived by mother; husband, Jody, whom she married September 4, 1981; daughter Leah (Ben Manges); grandsons, Vaughn and John Manges; and sister, Michelle Kurcis. She was a member of Ss. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church, Windber. She worked as a medical secretary for Valley Orthopedics. Gina was a huge Rolling Stones fan. Friends received 2-7PM Wednesday at Henderson Funeral Home-East Hills, 2503 Bedford Street. Funeral mass will be held 10AM Thursday at St. Anthony of Padua Church. Those attending, should go to the church. Entombment will follow at St. Anthony of Padua Church Cemetery Mausoleum.
