Portia J. Ullery, 84, Johnstown, died November 11, 2025 at Windber Woods. Born July 6, 1941 in Johnstown, daughter of Edward and Clarissa (Phillips) Golden. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Terry; son, Arthur; brothers, Edward, Jr., James, and David; and sisters, Shirley Lampel, and Audrey Fox. Survived by daughter, Terri (Vincent Cekada); grandchildren, Antonia Brooks, and Vincent Cekada; great granddaughter, Sophie Brooks; daughter-in-law, Jennifer (Russell) Ullery; step grandchildren, Angie (Tyler Smith), Saundra and Haylee Chernicky; step great grandchildren, Elijah, Cecilia, Aria, Kira, and Laela Smith; Macilynne Miller and Brinley Ohler; and siblings, Russell (Nancy); Richard (Gayle); Barry; Gloria Hunt; and Sandra Parker. Friends received Friday from 11AM until time of service at 1PM at Henderson-Makuchan Funeral Home, 434 First Street, Conemaugh. Interment, Forest lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Windber Hospice.
