Penny Washabaugh Obituary

WASHABAUGH- Penny L., 78, of Johnstown formerly of Massachusetts. Passed away on October 4, 2025 at UPMC-Presbyterian Hospital. Born on March 4, 1947 in Lockport, NY. Daughter of William John and Gloria J. (Ennis) Piper. Preceded in death by her parents and husband William. Survived by children, Douglas Washabaugh (Robyn) of Cataumet, MA and Becky Washbaugh of Lakeland, FL; grandchildren, Sommer and Ryan Washabaugh; and siblings, Edward Piper (EllaMae) of SC, Sandra Zambotti (Joseph) and Karen Dragovich (George) both of Johnstown. Penny attended St. Benedict Catholic Church and retired a Nurses Aide in Massachusetts. At the request of Penny, a memorial mass will be held at 1:30 on October 16, 2025 at St. Benedict Catholic Church. Father David Peles, officiating. John Henderson Co. is in charge of arrangements.
