Paul E. Freeman, Jr., 45, Johnstown, died December 26, 2024 at Memorial Medical Center. Born February 25, 1979 in Johnstown. Son of Paul Freeman Sr. and Kathleen (Falls) Freeman. Preceded in death by mother; grandparents Louis and Sylvia Freeman, Donald and Betty Falls; and mother-in-law Kimberly Reed. Survived by loving wife of 19 years Rebecca L. (Close), loving children Jeremy and Sophie, brother Bradley Freeman (Dawn) and their children Malachi and Christian Feeney; special sister-in-law April Jensen and children Ethan and Emily; sisters-in-law Jessica, Amanda and Sandy; father-in-law Robert Pavlick (Janice); numerous nieces and nephews; grandparents-in-law John and Nancy Miller; special friends Mandy and Dan McKinnis; canine companions Daisy and Sassy. He was an avid bowler at 814, and a certified children's bowling coach, West suburban softball assistant coach and a Richland AYSO referee. He worked for the Tribune Democrat for many years in various positions. His most recent was Regional Single Copy Manager. Friends will be received Sunday from 1:00-4:00pm at John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave. where a funeral service will be held Monday at 11:00am, Pastor Jim Gay. Interment Grandview Cemetery.
