COSTLOW- Pamela R., 62, Johnstown. Passed away September 28, 2024 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born April 4, 1962 in Johnstown. Daughter of Walter and Beatrice (Gaunt) Hanlin. Preceded in death by parents, son Gregory Costlow, grand-daughter Kay-lynn Durant, and step-son Scott Stephens. Survived by husband of 40 years Richard Stephens; daughters Stephanie Stephens and Krystian Costlow; step-children Richard, Mark, and Craig Stephens; grandchildren that she raised Gracie and Shawn; 17 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild. Pamela liked to play video games on the computer and to spend time with her grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Thursday at 1:00 at John Henderson Company Funeral Home, Pastor Jim Gay, officiating.
