FREDERICK- Morris Jr. "Glen", 73, Davidsville. Passed away peacefully in the arms of the Lord on June 26, 2024 at Memorial Medical Center. Born July 12, 1950 in Johnstown. Preceded in death by parents and nephew Eric Scott. Survived by siblings, Warren, Edward (Susan), James (Kathy), John (Kathleen), and Faith Layton (Jerry) and numerous nieces and nephews. Active member of Carpenter Park Mennonite Church. He was a longtime volunteer at World's Attic. Glen was a mail carrier for many years for The Tribune Democrat, where he received an award. He was a well-known volunteer at Laurel View Village. Avid Pirates and Steelers fan. He enjoyed meeting people and writing poems. Recently receiving an award for one of his poems. The family would like to thank the staff of Laurel View Village for their care and kindness of given through the years. Friends will be received Sunday 2-4 at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home and Monday from 10:00 until time of funeral service at Carpenter Park Mennonite Church. Rev. Wayne Lazure, officiating. Interment Richland Cemetery.
