Michael W. Park

Park, Michael W. "Sparky," 56, of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away peacefully at home on October 24, 2025, after several years of battling health issues. Born November 16, 1968, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Dr. Neil I. H. and Julie S. Park. He is survived by his sister, Dr. Julie U. Park, and her husband, Dr. Michael Ludkowski, of Greenville, SC; his nephew, Nicolas (Nico), and niece, Isabella (Bella) Ludkowski; and several cousins, aunts, and uncles. Michael was a 1986 graduate of Richland High School, where he took pride in being a member of the football and wrestling teams. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of Pittsburgh (H2P) and later an MBA from La Roche University.
Michael had an outgoing personality—he knew everyone, and everyone knew him. He had a deep love for cars, motorcycles, and sports, especially combat sports and Formula 1 racing. He was also an avid collector of watches and weapons. Michael was a loyal friend to many and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Arrangements are being handled by John Henderson Company Funeral Home. Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, November 7, at Richland Cemetery. Donations to a charity of your choice in Michael's name are appreciated.
