Melissa G. (Hanley) Pegg

Melissa G. Pegg,45, Johnstown, died April 30, 2019 at Windber Hospice. Born March 20, 1974 in Johnstown. Daughter of Leon and Anna Marie (Washnak) Hanley. Preceded in death by her father. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 11 years Gary Pegg Jr.; brother Jesse married to Missy; nephew Gunner Hanley; mother and father-in-law Gary Sr. and Judy Pegg; brother-in-law Brian Pegg and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church. She was also a member of St. Clair Tremont Club and loved hunting, fishing and camping. She was a nurses aid for 18 years at the Presbyterian Home. Friends will be received Thursday from 4-8 pm at John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave. where a funeral service will be held on Friday at 10:00 am, Pastor Julia Sprinkle. Interment Grandview Cemetery.
