Mary Ann (Yewcic) Fetterman

Mary Ann (Yewcic) Fetterman, born June 2, 1937 to the late John and Mary (Koss) Yewcic in Conemaugh, PA, passed to the next life on July 23, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.  She is the beloved mother of Tracy Fetterman and Yvonne Fetterman, M.D, mother-in-law of John Tang, treasured grandmother of Alexis Tang, sister of Yvonne Hladio, and aunt of Michael and John Hladio.  She is preceded in death by beloved brother-in-law Mike Hladio, aunt Irene Zulubski, and friend Betty Rabinowitz.  Mary Ann is survived by cherished friends Mary Burke, Robert John Roberts, Shirley Gray, Scott Koontz, AJ Napolitan, Marlene Zemler, Cheryl Crumpton and Rita Vienazindis.  She was known to family and friends since childhood as “Boots” and later dedicated her professional life to the IBM Corporation where she won the distinguished Means Service Award.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend either her Philadelphia or Johnstown viewings: PHILADELPHIA VIEWING is Friday, July 27 at 9:00 A.M. at The Church of St. Maron at 1013 Ellsworth St, followed by her funeral Mass at 10:00 A.M, with Father Vincent Farhat as celebrant.  The JOHNSTOWN VIEWING is Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 9:00 A.M. until 10:30 A.M., when Panachida will be sung at Henderson-Makuchan Funeral Home, 434 1St St Conemaugh, PA, 15909, followed Divine Liturgy at 11:00 A.M. at Holy Trinity Byzantine Catholic Church, 217 4th St, Conemaugh, Pa 15909, with Father Robert Oravetz as celebrant.  Interment will take place at Grandview Cemetery, 801 Millcreek Rd, Johnstown, Pa 15905.  Reception to Follow.  Flowers are welcome and can be sent to the Henderson-Makuchan Funeral Home but, if an alternative is preferred, the family suggests donations be made in Mary Ann’s name to the Ohio Special Olympics, 3303 Winchester Pike, Columbus Ohio, 43232.
