Mary Kathryn (Karageanes) Molchan

Mary Kathryn Molchan, 93, Johnstown, died May 22, 2019, at Memorial Medical Center. Born December 21, 1925, in Johnstown, daughter of John and Ann (Fetchko) Karageanes. Preceded in death by parents; husband, George; brothers, Michael, William, James, George, Steve, and Pete; sisters, Cleo Brugette, and Pauline Wodewald; and grandson, Mark. Survived by children, Christine (William Price), Cuyahoga Fallls, OH; Nadine (Blair Lindsey); Douglas, both of Johnstown; and Susan (Daniel Glass), York; 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great granddaughter. Sister of Martha Taylor, East Conemaugh. She was a member of St. John Gualbert Cathedral. Friends received 3-8PM Friday at John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., where vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral mass will be held 10 AM Saturday at St. John Gualbert Cathedral with Very Rev. James Crookston as celebrant. Committal, St. John Gualbert  Cemetery. The family extends a heart-felt thank you to the staff at Richland Rehabilitation and Therapy Center for the care given to Mary.
