Lois E. (Weicht) Leventry

Lois E. Leventry, 93, Johnstown, died January 6, 2024 at The Villa. Born January 17, 1930 in Johnstown. She was the daughter of Charles S. and Catherine (Wareham) Weicht. Preceded in death by parents; husband Roy C.; siblings Vaughn, Bill, Florence Stahl, Lamoine Weicht, Charles Jr., LaDonna Turney and Mary Ellen (died in infancy). Survived by children Randy (Carol), Sharon McClain, Gary (Patty) and Janice; sister Jane Griffin; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was a member of Grace Assembly of God. She was lovingly cared for at The Villa for the last 6.5 years. She loved to cook, bake and sing. She was a fun loving person and young at heart till the end. A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 am at Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship, Pastor Jim Gay and Pastor Ed Berringer, officiating. John Henderson Company Funeral Home is serving the family.
