Lenora Sue (Lavely) Clark

Lenora "Sue" Clark, 72, Johnstown, died June 3, 2024 unexpectedly at home. Born September 19, 1951 in Johnstown, daughter of William Clair and Iona (Watson) Lavely. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Robert; and brothers, Daniel and Ronald. On 3/20/1971, Sue married the love of her life Bob and together they raised their beloved daughter Kimberly (Paul Rutledge). Sue suffered a great loss when Bob went to be with the Lord in 2004. She was able to find joy again especially after the birth of her granddaughter Mia Claire. She took great pride in the precious relationship they shared. She was the best Mimi in the whole world. She is also survived by siblings, Jeffrey, David (Bonnie), Delores Zierdt, and Cynthia (Dennis Valentine); sister-in-law Anitta (Leonard Friedman); and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. She was a member of Emmanuel Church. The family would like to thank Sue's many friends and also the community at Graystone for their support and companionship they provided over the years. Sue's family takes comfort in knowing she is now with her Lord and Savior and has been reunited with Bob. Friends received 3-6PM Friday at Henderson Funeral Home-East Hills, 2503 Bedford St., where funeral service will be held 11AM Saturday with Pastor Ray Streets officiating.
