Kristine Jeffreys Obituary

Kristine "Kris" Leigh (Kinsey) Jeffreys, 57, of Windber, PA passed away on December 18, 2021. Born July 24,1964 in Johnstown, PA to David Kinsey Sr. and Donna J. (Mickel) Kinsey. She is survived by fiance Kenneth Noon of Windber, PA; mother Donna; sister Karen Lilly and husband Chris; brother David L. Kinsey Jr., all of Shenandoah, VA; 2 children; 3 grandchildren; a niece and a nephew; and her beloved dogs Zeus and Mae. Kris graduated in 1982 from Johnstown High School and attended Central Penn Business School. She was employed by Glosser Brothers, Giant Eagle, and as a certified peer-support specialist with a local mental health services agency. Kris was a member of Women of the Moose and loved singing and crafting. She dedicated her life to rescuing physically and emotionally challenged dogs with her fiance, Ken, and giving them a loving home. Services will be conducted at a later time.
