Julia (Bobak) Flick

Julia K. Flick, 88, Landham, MD, formerly of Johnstown, died June 13, 2026 at home. Born July 30, 1937 in Johnstown, daughter of Adam and Anna (Kaputa) Bobak. Preceded in death by parents; husband James Flick; brothers, John, Michael, Alex, and Pete; sisters, Mary Tanner, and Anna Canter; and stepchildren, Jeff and Jennifer. Survived by son, James Shimer; stepdaughters, Judy Frank, Joni Berkebile, and Jeannie Fulton; brothers, George, Bill, and Paul; and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church. She was retired from Chrysler Credit Corporation. Friends received Thursday, June 25th, from 9AM until the hour of service at 10AM at St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church, Conemaugh with Very Rev. Arch-priest George Johnson. Interment, church cemetery. Arrangements are by Henderson-Makuchan Funeral Home.
