Preceded in death by parents, wife Debra (Green) and sister Kathie Hunt. Survived by children, John F. (Heather Slifco) and Linda K. Rugg (Ron); grandchildren, Emma Louise, Abby Lynn Ruth and Jonathan Rugg and Ethan, Adien and John Hunt; and sisters, Linda Stahr and Karen Green (Gary). John was an army veteran.
