John W. Bulisok

BULISOK- John W. "Jack", 82. Upper Yoder. Passed away on June 11, 2025 at Memorial Medical Center. Born May 31, 1943 in Johnstown. Son of the late Robert W and Charlotte (Malcolm) Bulisok. Survived by wife of 57 years, Janet (Benford); sister Linda Livingston (William M.); nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Retired from Mercy Hospital as a Respiratory Technician. Jack was also known as "DJ Tracks of Wax." He was a Navy veteran who served during the Vietnam Era. A memorial mass will be held 10:00 Wednesday at St. John Gualbert Cathedral. Father Matthew Baum, officiating. Interment at Grandview Cemetery. John Henderson Co. Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
