Jay Carris Gage Jr., 3 months old, died April 30, 2020 at Memorial Medical Center. Born January 24, 2020 in Johnstown, son of Jay Carris Gage Sr. and Kristina (Hibbard) Gage. Preceded in death by great grandmother Lois Klimek. Survived by parents, both sets of grandparents, five sisters and one brother. Due to the Covid 19 restrictions, all services will be private.
