Janice A (Kot) Mikula

MIKULA- Janice A.,79, Johnstown. Passed away on November 28, 2025 at The Villa Crest. Born November 23, 1946 in Johnstown. Daughter of the late Anthony and Jennie J. (DiBuono) Kot. Survived by husband of 53 years, Frederick J. Mikula; daughters, Melissa Fuchs (Michael) of Pittsburgh and Heather Kelly (Tony) of Maryland; grandchildren, Zachary and Nicholas Fuchs of Pittsburgh and Shane and Tyler Kelly of Maryland; brother, Donald Kot of Johnstown; and nephews, Anthony Jr. Kot and Douglas Kot. Member of St. Benedict Catholic Church. Graduate of Johnstown High School (Class of 1965) and Cambria Rowe Business College. She retired from Conemaugh Valley Insurance Co. Janice loved being around her grandchildren and enjoyed cooking, baking and shopping. The family would like to thank Conemaugh Hospice and The Villa Crest staff for their care and support. Friends will be received Monday from 11:00 until time of funeral at 12:30 at Henderson Funeral Home, East Hills, 2503 Bedford St. Father David Peles, officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude, St. Benedict Church or PAN Foundation.
