BENNESE - Janet R., (Vizzini) 89, Mechanicsburg, formerly of Johnstown, died May 27, 2022, at VibraLife Nursing Home. Born Oct. 27, 1932, in Johnstown. Daughter of the late Michael Vizzini and Rose (Gironda). Preceded in death by husband Louis Bennese, sister Angela Long and brother-in-law, Tom. Survived by brother James Vizzini; children, Mary Gamble, and husband, Lindon, Jane Bennese, Raymond Bennese, Dolores Kolesar, and husband, George, Jean Tabek and husband Andy, Karen Wagner, and husband, Kevin, and Michael Bennese, and wife, Christine, as well as 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Member of St. Andrew Catholic Church. Friends received from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday May 31 at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., where vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass at 11:30 Tuesday at St. Andrew's Catholic Church, Father Crowe, celebrant. Interment, St. Anthony Cemetery.
