Jane D. Balog

Jane D. Balog, 89, Tire Hill, died July 11, 2024 at Heritage Hills. Born September 7, 1934 in Johnstown, daughter of Raymond and Magdalene (Kain) Balog. Preceded in death by parents; and siblings, Michael, John, Victor, Ann, Mary, Jennie Drager, Rose Skurner, and Barbara. Survived and loved by numerous nieces and nephews, and their families. She was a devout catholic and life-long member of St. Andrew Catholic Church. Jane was a secretary for over 50 years at various businesses. The family would like to thank the staffs at Heritage Ridge and Asera Care Hospice for the wonderful care given to Jane. A special thankyou is extended to Jasmine, (Conemaugh Nurse Float Team) for her kindness given to Jane and the family. By request, there will be no viewing. Funeral mass will be held 1PM Tuesday at St. Andrew Church with Father Peter Crowe as celebrant. Committal, St. Rochus Cemetery. John Henderson Company Funeral Home is serving the family.
