Jade-Ivy Moore Obituary

Jade-Ivy Marie Moore, 14 days, died August 17, 2019 at Children’s Hospital. Born August 3, 2019 in Johnstown, daughter of Herbert Moore, III and Diamond Elderkin. Preceded in death by sister, Gianna. Survived by siblings, Nevaeh Burd, Brooklynn and Hariyah Moore; paternal grandparents, Herbert, Jr. and Tammy Moore and Cynthia Moore; maternal grandparents, William and Paula Davis; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 1PM at John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., with Pastor Terry Knipple officiating.
