Herbert N. Livingston, 67, Johnstown, died November 29, 2025 at Memorial Medical Center. Born January 2, 1958 in Johnstown, son of Stanley and Beverly (McKasick) Livingston. Preceded in death by parents; sister, Wendy Melikant; and brother, Ross. Survived by children, Jessica (Eric Panis); Joseph; David and fiancée, Christine Moon; Matthew (Hollie); and Jennifer (Ian Havener); grandchildren, Isabelle and Brycen Panis; and Arya, Abel, and Cooper Livingston; and siblings, Mark Livingston, and Debra (John Boskovitch. By request, there will be no viewing nor service. Arrangements are John Henderson Company Funeral Home.
