Gregory N. Thomas

Gregory N. Thomas, 69, Johnstown, died June 17, 2023 at Forest Hills Personal Care Home. Born March 10, 1955 in Johnstown, son of William and Elsie (Smith) Thomas. Preceded in death by parents; and brother, Zachary. Survived by wife, Beth Anne (Handshue); children, Caitlyn (David Saranchak), Johnstown; and Jeremiah (Lisa Anderson), Lacomb, LA; and siblings, Robert; Carol; and Jeffrey, all of Johnstown. Greg was a retired heavy equipment operator from Berkebile Excavating. He enjoyed hunting, walking in the woods, and his cats and dogs. He also crafted muzzle loaders. Friends received 4-7PM Tuesday at John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave. Graveside service will be held 10AM Wednesday at Grandview Cemetery.
