Gregory Solarczyk

Gregory Solarczyk, "Greg", 65, Johnstown, died January 25, 2026 at Memorial Medical Center. Born December 14, 1960 in Silver Spring, MD son of John and Veronica (Phillips) Solarczyk. Preceded in death by father, and wife Carol. Survived by mother; son, Arthur Shaffer (Melissa); grandchildren, Gage, Aidan, and Caitlin; sister, Kathleen (Dennis Dombrosky); and nephews, Benjamin and Owen Dombrosky. He was a letter carrier for the US Postal Service. He proudly served in the US Navy. Greg enjoyed fishing and the outdoors. Friends received Saturday from 11AM until the time of service at 1PM at John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave. Interment, St. Aloysius Cemetery, Cresson.
