Grant J. Seesholtz

SEESHOLTZ- Grant "Jim", 81, Upper Yoder Twp. Born September 27, 1943. Went to be with Our Lord on May 25, 2025. Son of the late Grant James and Carolyn Isabelle (Meck) Seesholtz. Survived by beloved wife of 60 years, Cecilia Arlene Seesholtz; daughters, Kimberly Hill (Gregory) and Melissa Rapp; grandchildren, Nicholas and Zachary Hill and Eden and Anessa Rapp. Grant served in the 876th Engineer Battalion for the National Guard. Faithful member of St. Andrew Church, where he sang in the choir and served as a cantor. Also, member of the Knights of Columbus, where he was a former Grand Knight; member and past president of Knights of Harmony, a barbershop organization devoted to charity work for children, especially those with barriers to communication. Founding member of the barbershop quartet group, "Spiritually Inclined." Those who knew Grant will remember him as a loving husband and devoted father and grandfather who never failed to make you smile with a new joke. He will be sadly missed. Friends will be received Friday from 3-7 at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave. Funeral mass will be held Saturday at 11:00 at St. Andrew Catholic Church.
