Goldie M. Varner, 92, Hollsopple, died February 25, 2020 at her sons home. Born February 5, 1928 in Johnstown daughter of Arnold and Lena (Bouteiller) Gilmore. Preceded in death by her parents; husband Harry C.; five brothers and three sisters. Goldie is the last surviving member of her immediate family. Survived by loving son Charles A. married to Debra; grandson Charles S. Varner and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a member of Laurel Hill Gospel Tabernacle. She loved to read and was very fond of cats. She was the owner, along with her husband, of Kool Kone Restaurant. At her request there will be no public viewing or funeral service. Entombment Grandview Cemetery.
