Geraldine Mae (Hare) Peterson, 93, Johnstown, died November 12, 2020 her residence. Born June 23, 1927 in Kimmelton, PA. Daughter of Benjamin and Mary (Bowers) Hare. Preceded in death by parents, husband John J. Peterson, brothers Benjamin, James and Jack Hare; sisters June Lambert, Gertrude Mostoller, Grace Duppstadt, and Phyllis Gelet. Survived by children Kathy married to Daniel Stutzman, Shirley married to Thomas Light, Debra married to Bob Hancock; grandchildren Dan married to Pamela (Donovan), Pamela married to David Felton, Jeffrey married to Elizabeth (Holloman), Robert Light, Thomas married to Lori, Jill married to Andrew Hoffman, and Jason married to Sarah (Landis) and great grandchildren Megan, Leah, Connor, Luke, Matthew, Jack, Grayson, Braydon, and Caroline. She was an active member of Great Johnstown Christian Fellowship serving in the food pantry for many years. She and her husband operated a dairy farm for over 20 years and enjoyed camping. She shared Jesus with everyone she met. Services will be held privately. Entombment Richland Cemetery.
