Frank R. Hanzek, 61, Windber, died March 23, 2022 at Windber Hospice. Born February 25, 1961 in Johnstown. Son of Frank E. and Gowitha Lou Jean (Varner) Hanzek. Preceded in death by father and niece Nicole Beppler. Survived by mother, daughter Mable Hartman, brothers Walter J., Ronald L., David W. and Edward P. (Crystal Morris), nieces and nephews, Megan, Samantha, James, Ashley, Makayla, Racheal, great nieces and nephews Justine, Daniel, Devon, Camden, Jackson, Maximus, Thea, James. He attended Calvary United Methodist Church. He loved fishing. Friends will be received Wednesday from 2:00 pm until time of funeral service at 4:00 pm at John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., Pastor Linda Freeburg. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
