Elizabeth Ann (Hindman) Kimmell

Elizabeth Ann Kimmell, "Betty," 83, of Johnstown, passed away on August 11, 2026. Born on July 20, 1943, in Johnstown, daughter of Harry and Phyllis Hindman. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survived by her husband, LeRoy W.; sons, Brian L. (Phyllis Naugle), Bradley (Laurie Patton), and Brennan; grandchildren, Lynn Kimmell, Sara Ludwig, and Cody Kimmell; great-grandchildren, Hadleigh Zucco, Bennett and Savannah Sharpe, Adesyn and Asher Ludwig; and beloved dog, Rusty.
Betty was known for her quick wit, contagious laugh, and endless pranks. She cherished spending time with family. Her favorite places were Idewild, Shawnee, and Lancaster. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy, and she loved having them join in on her antics. The memories she created with her family will forever be cherished. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and Gigi who cared deeply for many and taught so much, except for how to live without her.
