Elaine M. Wiegand

Elaine Wiegand, 80, Johnstown, died November 12, 2023 at home. Born July 23, 1943 in Johnstown, daughter of Christopher and Christine (Bennett) Myers. Preceded in death by parents; brother, Roger, and sister-in-law, Janet Myers. Survived by children, Sharon (Matt Novatny); and Keith (Colleen Kepple); grandchildren, Erin and Kerstin Wiegand; brother Chris; sister-in-law, Louise (Widow of Roger); beloved cat, "Coffee"; and numerous nieces and nephews. Elaine was a avid Penguins fan. She was retired from the Greater Johnstown School District. Friends received Thursday from 11AM until the time of service at noon at John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave. Interment, Richland Cemetery.
